PE Days
Our class PE day is Tuesday. Please ensure your child comes dressed in their PE kit with suitable, weatherproof trainers on this day. If you prefer them to wear daps, they can keep them on a bag on their peg. Please ensure your child has blue jogging bottoms and their school jumper for cold days.
Library Day
Our class library day is Wednesday. Your child will have the opportunity to change their library book on this day. Please ensure your child has their library book in their bookbag on this day.

TERM 5 - What is growing in your garden?
This term will be ‘What is Growing in Your Garden?’ The children will be finding out all about plants and animals, with a focus on how they grow and change over time. We will also be spending a lot of time exploring our school nature area and learning about how to take care of the wildlife around us.
TERM 4 - Transport!
This term we have explored many different types of transport including bikes, cars, trains, boats and planes! We have talked about different types of journeys and why you might choose one mode of transport over the other. We also been enjoyed our weekly Forest School sessions and walked to the Fruit Shop to buy some fruit which we made into a Fruit salad.
TERM 3- People who help us!
This term we learned about local heroes in our community including firefighters, police, vets, nurses, librarians and many more! We read the Jolly Postman and found out about the job of a postman too, we wrote a letter to our adults and walked to the post-box to experience posting a letter!
TERM 2 - Gruffalo!
This term we learned about the changes of summer into autumn and how some animals (from the Gruffalo) might hibernate over winter. We talked about what they do to get ready for their winter sleep and how we can help animals and our world.
